1. Information We Do Not Collect

Because our AI landmark detection pipeline executes entirely client-side, we do NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any facial photos, selfie images, live camera feeds, or personal identifiers.

2. How On-Device Processing Works

When you select a photo or enable camera mode on Attractive Scale, your web browser loads the facial landmark mesh model into local volatile RAM. Geometric calculations are executed instantly by your CPU/GPU. The moment you close or refresh the browser tab, all transient image memory is discarded automatically.

3. Technical Analytics & Local Storage

To maintain service reliability and optimize performance, we may store local browser preferences (such as dark mode preferences) locally on your device.

4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

Because Attractive Scale operates on a strict zero-data-ingestion architecture, we naturally comply with privacy laws by never storing or harvesting personal data in the first place.
